Lawn, landscape, and hardscape services in Omaha

Everything from a weekly mow to a full backyard build, for residential and commercial properties across the metro.

Hardscapes

Retaining walls, patio pavers, and outdoor kitchens are our most requested work, and where Jake spends the majority of his time on site. Every wall is built on a compacted base with proper drainage behind it, because the part you cannot see determines how long the part you can see lasts.

What's included

  • Structural and garden retaining walls
  • Paver patios, walkways, and steps
  • Seat walls, fire features, and outdoor kitchens
  • Base excavation, drainage, and compaction
  • Block, paver, and stone selection

  • Retaining Walls

Structural walls that hold grade and move water correctly, built on a compacted base with drainage behind the block.

  • Patio Pavers

Patios, walkways, and steps laid on a properly prepared base so the surface stays level through freeze and thaw.

  • Outdoor Kitchens

Built-in grills, counters, seat walls, and fire features designed to match the surrounding hardscape.

Landscaping

Landscaping covers everything between the house and the property line: planting, grading, drainage, and the beds and borders that hold it together. A good share of the work is corrective. Water sitting where it should not be is the most common problem we get called in to solve.

What's included

  • Landscape design and planting
  • Bed installation, edging, and mulch
  • Grading and regrading
  • Drain tile and surface drainage
  • Sod installation
  • Irrigation startups, blowouts, and repairs
  • Rock, boulder, and border work
  • Drain Tile

Buried drainage that carries water away from foundations, low spots, and saturated turf.

  • Grading

Reshaping the ground so water runs away from the structure instead of pooling against it.

  • Sod Installation

Fresh sod for new builds, repairs, and properties that need results immediately.

Top Dressing

Top dressing spreads a thin, even layer of quality soil across an existing lawn. It fills low spots, smooths an uneven surface, and improves the soil beneath the turf so roots have something better to grow into. It works best paired with aeration and overseeding, and results build over successive applications. We are one of the few crews in Omaha running a top dresser, so scheduling is not tied to a rental window.

What's included

  • Thin-layer soil application across the lawn
  • Leveling of low spots and uneven ground
  • Soil improvement for established turf
  • Pairs with core aeration and overseeding
  • Residential and commercial properties

Fertilizing

Season-long fertilization and weed control managed by a dedicated technician. Applications are timed to the Nebraska growing season rather than a fixed calendar, so the lawn is treated when it can actually use it.

What's included

  • Multi-application seasonal programs
  • Broadleaf and turf weed control
  • Pre-emergent applications
  • Timing matched to local growing conditions
  • Coordination with aeration and overseeding
  • Residential and commercial properties

Lawn Care

Weekly and biweekly mowing for homes, businesses, and multi-property accounts. Around 200 residential properties sit on our routes, alongside commercial sites that need a consistent appearance week to week.

What's included

  • Weekly and biweekly mowing
  • Trimming and edging
  • Clearing of hard surfaces
  • Multi-property commercial accounts
  • Consistent day-of-week scheduling

Aeration and Overseeding

Core aeration pulls plugs from the lawn to relieve compaction and open up the soil. Overseeding follows immediately so fresh seed lands in those openings and makes contact with soil instead of sitting on thatch. Early fall is the most effective window for cool season grass in Nebraska.

What's included

  • Core aeration
  • Overseeding with cool season seed
  • Best paired with top dressing
  • Spring and fall scheduling
  • Residential and commercial properties

Cleanups

Spring and fall cleanups that reset the property at each end of the season. Debris leaves with us rather than sitting at the curb.

What's included

  • Leaf and debris removal
  • Bed cleanout and re-edging
  • Cutting back perennials and ornamental grasses
  • Clearing of hard surfaces
  • All debris hauled off site

Snow Removal

Commercial and residential snow clearing through the winter. Commercial accounts are scheduled ahead of the season so crews are assigned before the first storm rather than during it.

What's included

  • Drive, lot, and walkway clearing
  • Salting and ice melt application
  • Pre-treatment ahead of forecast storms
  • Commercial and residential accounts
  • Seasonal arrangements made in advance
  • Omaha metro coverage
